This service is best for new sole traders who aren't entirely sure what they want or need, and are just starting out. It includes set up of:

• Personalised email to show professionalism right from the start
• Drive to save all your documents
• Xero set up to easily run your business including customised quoting and invoicing templates
• Excel template for job management
• Videos or written instructions (your choice) on how to use the systems once they are set up so you can easily access any time that suits you

This is best for sole traders who are comfortable with systems / technology and have a somewhat clear understanding of what you need. This is the same as the Basic Package however instead of Excel, includes:

• Tradify or ServiceM8 set up (your choice) with integration to Xero

 This service is best if you already have existing systems but know they aren't set up in the best and most productive way, if you know you need something more complicated, or if you are interested in systems not listed in the packages (e.g. MYOB, Simpro or any others), let's chat! 

 This service is best for small businesses who aren't entirely sure what they want or need, and are just starting out. It includes set up of:

• Personalised emails for multiple team members (e.g. admin)
• Drive to save all your documents
• Xero set up to easily run your business including customised quoting and invoicing templates
• Excel template for job management
• Videos or written instructions (your choice) on how to use the systems once they are set up so you can easily access any time that suits you

This is best for business who are needing a system to support management of their jobs and employees. This is the same as the Basic Package however instead of an Excel sheet, includes:

• Tradify or ServiceM8 set up (your choice) of all required employees and includes integration with Xero

This service is best if you:
- Already have existing systems but know they aren't set up in the best and most productive way, but aren't sure what to do next,

- Know you need something more complicated than the basic packages, or

- Are interested in systems not listed in the packages (e.g. MYOB, Simpro or any others

 Sometimes it's just bloody easier to ask! If you want to add ongoing support to your package, it is charged at $199 per month to answer all queries and action any reasonable requests. If we find you need additional configuration, we can discuss and agree on an approach if necessary.
